We are seeking an accomplished HR Transformation Executive to build, lead, and expand our HR Transformation Consulting practice. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and CHROs, helping organizations transform their Human Resources functions into strategic, data-driven business partners. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives within a Big Four consulting firm and possesses deep expertise supporting complex healthcare organizations. This leader will oversee consulting engagements that assess HR organizational effectiveness, operating models, technology ecosystems, service delivery, talent strategies, governance, and operational processes while leading multidisciplinary consulting teams responsible for executing assessments and implementing transformational recommendations. This role requires an executive who can successfully blend strategic consulting, executive relationship management, practice leadership, and operational execution to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
