This position is responsible for the daily management of human resource activities supporting the Division of Water Resources. It involves collaborating with division management and staff to ensure Human Resource policies and procedures comply with Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) guidelines. Key duties include advising employees on HR matters, providing guidance on policies, answering questions related HR policies, either directly or through research, and actively participating in and managing recruiting efforts to attract and hire qualified candidates.
