About The Position

Multiple Positions Available: 1. Own client-specific projects furthering HR strategic initiatives with the objective being to create programs that tackle critical business priorities. 2. Work with leadership and coaches to identify real-time priorities that align to their career growth plan. 3. Act as the frontline consultant to the business supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. 4. Operate as subject matter experts, provide guidance on programs, processes and policies; and offer strong, credible and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their team. 5. Collaborate with multiple HR Business Partners and HR Specialists who support various businesses. 6. Act as an influential partner in helping managers with talent management processes, people development and implementation of organizational changes. 7. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the field of human resources or management consulting. Experience must include: 1) 3 years of program and project management experience involving global programs, policies and practices. 2) 3 years of experience building and enhancing operational processes and procedures for business efficiency in at least two of the following areas: talent acquisition; leadership development; performance management; compensation; organization design; or employee relations. 3) 3 years of experience working with strategic growth plans for core technical clients or program staff. The pay range for this position in Sunnyvale, California is $150,738.00/year to $187,300.00/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Requirements
