Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience as a Human Resources business partner
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Demonstrates experience in employee relations, compensation, training and development, staffing and workforce planning

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum seven (7) years' experience as a Human Resources business partner
  • Experience working with engineering and operations

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and anticipates HR needs of the business, prioritizes and effectively communicates them to business leadership and the Centers of Expertise ("COEs") for solution development
  • Contributes to the development of the HR strategy through effective partnerships with COEs and HR Operations
  • Advises managers regarding performance management and assessment, employee development, conflict resolution, leading through organizational change, organizational structure and leadership/management style and effectiveness
  • Partners with recruiting and hiring managers to select and hire top talent
  • Provides direct HR services to select client groups, focusing on talent optimization, including but not limited to organizational design, talent development, compensation and job duty alignment, succession planning, team assimilation and development, and talent retention strategies
  • Other duties as assigned
