The HR Tech Analyst will own Workday Benefits configuration and support, including benefit plans, eligibility rules, business processes, condition rules, and related system setup. They will lead annual Open Enrollment system setup and support for the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, including configuration, testing, eligibility, rates, and carrier integrations. This role acts as a trusted systems partner to Benefits and Payroll teams, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and translating operational needs into scalable system solutions. The analyst will also support Payroll configuration and processes within Workday, including earnings and deductions, pay groups, pay calendars, and related business processes. They will lead testing for Benefits and Payroll changes, releases, integrations, and enhancements, from test planning through validation. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining Workday reports, calculated fields, and operational reporting supporting Benefits, Payroll, HR, and compliance needs. The analyst will partner across Benefits, Payroll, HR, Finance, and the global HR Technology team on enhancements, audits, projects, and continuous improvement. Maintaining clear system and process documentation to support operational continuity and knowledge sharing, as well as supporting and maintaining Benefits and Payroll integrations, including carrier feeds, EIBs, vendor connections, and downstream data validation, are also key responsibilities.
