About The Position

We’re a fast-growing, values-driven organization seeking a hands-on, passionate HR & Talent Operations Manager to take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, and internal people operations. We believe in building a strong team from the inside out — and this role is foundational to shaping our future workforce and work culture. You’ll be the go-to for all things people-related — from sourcing the right talent to setting the tone for our internal culture. This is not a siloed or administrative-only HR role. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting and internal people operations.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and follow through — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Strong emotional intelligence , intuition about people, and a natural talent for building rapport.
  • A positive, proactive attitude — focused on solutions, not blame.
  • A track record of creating buy-in and engaging teams around shared goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in growing environments — bonus if you've worked with founders or execs closely.
  • A passion for building culture and a belief that HR is more than policies — it's about people.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle Recruiting: Own hiring from start to finish — job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all departments.
  • Onboarding & Culture: Design and implement meaningful onboarding experiences that reflect our values and drive employee buy-in.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR compliance, employee records, benefits coordination, and assist in shaping internal policies and procedures.
  • People Development: Track employee performance, help develop training pathways, and support managers in coaching team members.
  • Problem-Solving & Fire-Fighting: You’re the calm in the storm — able to handle the occasional “one emergency a day” with clarity and positivity.
