The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and salaried positions while improving workforce pipelines and hiring quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing or operations environments preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ATS platforms (Smart Recruiters) and recruiting analytics
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Develop recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategies
- Partner with operations leaders on staffing forecasts
- Manage applicant tracking and hiring metrics
- Coordinate interviews and hiring manager communication
- Lead recruiting events and community partnerships
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding
- Track and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
