The Talent Effectiveness Organization and HR Technology team within Gartner derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates to drive growth, higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. We drive impact on Gartner’s Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state of the art technology, analytics, and processes. The HR Systems Product Lead provides consultative guidance, operational leadership, and excellence in execution. This role sits within the HR Systems organization and requires a leader with a strong customer orientation, understanding of Human Resources business processes and expert technical knowledge of Workday HCM, specifically in the areas of Benefits, Compensation and Time and Absence modules. This role acts as the Product owner for these technologies. A successful candidate must provide line of sight into HR Systems teamwork, estimate the delivery of issue fixes and product enhancements and support the team to these deadlines while providing strong communication to the business.
