The County of Wellington is seeking an HR Systems and Process Analyst for a 12-month full-time contract. This role supports the optimization and maintenance of the human resources information system (HRIS) and provides application support for other technology systems used by the Human Resources Department. The position is responsible for leading reporting activities, managing system security, configuration updates, and enhancements. Additionally, the analyst will research, develop, and facilitate training related to HRIS, other HR systems, and reporting tools. As an experienced HR practitioner, this role offers leadership, technical expertise, and operational support in areas such as HR systems, reporting, recruitment, training and development, policies, and departmental projects.
