An HR Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining Alliance Ground International’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This position ensures that HR processes run smoothly by providing technological support and managing data effectively. By leveraging their technical expertise, the HR Systems Analyst will help streamline HR operations, enhance data accuracy, and support strategic decision-making within the HR department. This role is crucial in integrating HR systems with other organizational platforms and implementing new HR technologies to keep the company competitive. The HR Systems Analyst will report directly to the HR Systems Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience in data analysis for large data sets and Workday HCM configuration experience. Must be detail oriented, self-starter and a team player that can work with minimum supervision.
