About The Position

Provides proactive management of complex applications in a highly integrated environment. In addition to performing day-to-day application support responsibilities this position serves a consultative role for customers; working with end-users to design efficient workflows that make the most of available automation. The application systems analyst is responsible for running customer facing Change Advisory Boards and for maintaining customer engagement. This position is a local hybrid position, with on-site and remote work opportunity.

Requirements

• 5 years working with computers and computer programs
• Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems
• Expert in Microsoft Office programs
• Working understanding of general database principles and how data is stored
• Working understanding of general networking principles
• Working understanding of web based systems
• High School or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

• 2 years experience in a healthcare facility or with a health care system
• Lawson Infor & other various HR Systems experience
• Experience supporting and maintaining multiple different software applications such as educational/learning modules like Healthstream
• HR experience
• Bachelors - Related Field
