What you'll do: Greet clients and visitors at the front desk Answer and redirect incoming calls Organize meetings, employee retention/engagement activities, and training Provide administrative support to HR Department Complete Data Entry in Microsoft Office and JWS Software Maintain local plant level HR files including electronic under direction of the HR Manager Support general business operations by providing various administrative activities as a generalist Assist HR Manager with a variety of tasks including but not limited to: New Hire Orientation/Onboarding Documentation Training covering HR Topics Employee Documentation Upload employee data Attendance recordkeeping Reports Assist employees with basic HR questions
