Schedule flexibility is needed, including Saturdays and/or extended hours in the evening as needed. The HR Support Services Representative is responsible for performing a variety of functions dedicated to improving the team member experience. This role contributes to a positive experience by answering and escalating HR concerns from team members, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with business partners throughout the company to provide best-in-class service. The role regularly works with confidential information, including wage, health, and personal information, and follows established guidelines to maintain appropriate documentation of all conversations and activity while protecting information. This position collaborates with other members of the HR Support Services and Operations teams to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy for each task completed.
