The Hanover is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Support Services Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily HR operations by providing broad range of coordination, administrative and general office support across the HR organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of Administrative, Customer Service or Human Resource coordinator experience
  • Receives direction and guidance from an assigned supervisor
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Outlook Calendar
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Beginner skill with additional Office 365 features
  • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall office support including but not limited to calendar management for HR senior leadership, program support for Talent & Development Programs, HR service mailbox management, etc
  • Interact and collaborate with other HR staff in managing day to day work and or key responsibilities
  • Coordinate all requirements for subpoenas with Office of the General Counsel
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, prepare offer letters as needed for both internal and external candidates
  • Compose and produce a variety of business correspondence, reports, confidential documents, and related materials.
  • Run standard reports as needed and manage employee record maintenance in Dayforce
  • Collaborate cross functionally providing support
  • Manage and perform support for several HR Programs, including but not limited to New Hire Onboarding
  • Identify and implement operational improvement initiatives supporting greater functional efficiencies and improved service
  • Employee file creation and management both for active and termed employees
  • Conduct audits of employee and system records
