The HR Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of HR operational services. This role actively contributes to process improvement and project initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. The HR Specialist is responsible for partnering with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team collaborating on people-based priorities that enhance employee engagement, increase retention, and support the growth and development of our workforce. This individual must be detail oriented, highly organized and possess strong communication and reasoning skills. Ability to work collaboratively with store personnel and field multi-unit management in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, resourceful, and administratively efficient would be key to this individual’s success. This position reports directly to the Manager, Employee Relations and Field Operations.
