About The Position

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our HR business operations team. The role involves supporting HR Generalists by handling compliance reports, administrative tasks, and onboarding processes. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and ensuring employee information is accurate and compliant with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of overall experience in the field.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with HR Systems such as Employee Central, SuccessFactors, Workday.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Jira ticket management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Experience in human resources, HR administration, HR systems, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data entry and record maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and support the local Human Resources team.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas.
  • Manage employee databases, prepare reports, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and complaints, providing immediate advisory services on various matters.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and documentation to ensure proper handling and resolution of all HR/Employee matters.
  • Provide pre-boarding preparation and onboarding support to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Process documentation related to human resources activities such as new hires, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, and terminations.
  • Conduct I9 verification, re-verification, and onsite onboarding support.
  • Answer HR Helpdesk employee inquiries with a service-focused and user-oriented attitude.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
