This role focuses on designing and administering service delivery for programs and initiatives related to the employee lifecycle. Key areas include onboarding, employee learning, performance management, leadership training and development, early career talent, employee value proposition (EVP)/employee experience, and inclusion. The specialist will support talent and learning programs by conducting market research, managing external vendors, identifying best practices, and developing content and delivery strategies. This position involves recommending metrics to measure program results, analyzing data, and presenting findings. It also includes leading the ongoing review and improvement of programs, developing surveys, and providing recommendations. The role serves as a central point of contact for talent and learning process/program inquiries, maintaining program collateral, and leading project-related work. Additionally, the specialist will understand and recommend enhancements for technology systems supporting talent and learning, and act as the System Administrator for talent and learning platforms like Workday and LMS. The role also involves researching and curating content for learning needs, developing training materials, and supporting training logistics.
