Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of HR Information Systems (HRIS) experience, including hands-on administration of ADP WorkforceNow or a comparable enterprise HCM platform
  • Advanced proficiency administering HRIS and talent management platforms (ADP WFN and CSOD preferred)
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities; ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple, detailed tasks with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to anticipate problems and issues and exercise good judgment in recommending resolutions
  • Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, global, and multicultural environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools to manage and interpret large datasets effectively
  • Meticulously reviews data and documents to ensure accuracy and precision, identifying and correcting errors promptly to maintain high-quality standards
  • Applies logical reasoning and analytical skills to solve complex problems, evaluate situations from multiple perspectives, and make informed decisions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and internal escalation resource for HR system issues, resolving complex technical matters with minimal supervision
  • Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of core HR systems including ADP WFN, CSOD, Quantum Workplace, and Assembly
  • Own and manage system workflows, user access controls, and security roles to ensure alignment with organizational needs, data privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to lead the testing, implementation, and rollout of new system features, modules, and upgrades, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage system integrations and data feeds between HR platforms, and serve as the primary liaison with HR technology vendors for support and escalations
  • Conduct and oversee regular data audits across HR systems, identifying root causes of discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity
  • Develop and maintain a library of SOPs, user guides, job aids, and training materials; ensure documentation remains current following system updates or process changes
  • Build and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using ADP reporting tools, Excel, CSOD analytics, and other available platforms to meet business and compliance needs
  • Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to automate manual HR processes through system functionality and integrations
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, manager toolkits, and resources within SharePoint
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to HR team members and business users on system functionality and best practices
  • Monitor HR system task queues to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee transactions throughout the full employee lifecycle
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to evaluate system usage patterns and case trends, translating findings into actionable process improvements
  • Ensure all system-driven HR processes remain compliant with applicable employment regulations, data privacy requirements, and internal policies
  • Contribute to project planning and coordination for HR technology initiatives, including timeline management and cross-functional communication
  • Suppoer HR system integration for mergers and acquisitions, including data conversion, onboarding acquired employees into company systems, and decommissioning legacy platforms
