Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage data integrity between Greenhouse and Workday; resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and onboarding documentation.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, HR Operations, and IT to confirm Day 1’s readiness (equipment, access, orientation).
  • Monitor SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance standards, drive process improvements.
  • Lead and develop the Recruiting Admin team; manage workload and performance.
  • Drive automation and root-cause analysis to reduce rework.
