About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, HR Service Delivery, you will provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and Human Resources Partners on Human Resources systems, programs, and processes. You will resolve issues, process transactions, maintain data accuracy and integrity, drive process improvements, and leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required with three or more years of Human Resources-related experience.
Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with experience reviewing and maintaining accurate data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience with Workday, UKG, or other Human Resources Information Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to employee, manager, and Human Resources Partner inquiries through phone, case management, and other support channels.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday, UKG, Guardian, and related tools supporting transactions and employee inquiries related to time off, leaves, policies, and employee programs.
Troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate Human Resources data, and complete audits and corrections as needed.
Support Form I-9 processing, pre-employment screening activities, and administration of Human Resources programs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.
