The HR Service Center Representative position is responsible for taking, processing, and resolving standard to complex inquiries from Operations associates on a wide variety of administrative topics covered by the HR Service Center. The Representative applies the standard procedures accurately in resolving calls and emails on a timely basis and refers complex issues to higher tiers. This position provides excellent guest service to all inquiries via emails, phone calls or chats and accurately provides solutions.
