About The Position

Asure approaches Human Capital Management (HCM) with an entrepreneurial and executive mindset, assisting businesses in developing their 'Human Capital' to propel them to the next level, ensure compliance, and allocate resources towards growth. Our HCM platform empowers over 100,000 clients to build exceptional teams, manage people effectively, and navigate the ever-changing HR legislative landscape. The HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
  • Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
