The HR Representative is responsible for a wide range of duties, including administering FMLA and Leave of Absences, tracking employee attendance and status, and communicating benefits information to employees. Additionally, the role involves organizing employee recognition programs and company events, as well as supporting the plant HR Manager with various tasks. This position requires adaptability and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and evolving food manufacturing environment. Shift: Monday-Friday between the business hours of 7:30am-4:30pm.
