Be You. Serve as the HR Departmental Representative for multiple Basic Science departments and select Centers & Institutes in the School of Medicine. This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources including, but not limited to, recruitment, classiï¬cation and compensation, training and development, employee relations, policy interpretation, visa processing, and consulting with leadership on the needs of the organization and its employees. This position will perform a variety of specialized, complex activities within the Human Resources function with a strong emphasis on proactive problem resolution and departmental communications. This position reports to the HR Departmental Director, with a dotted line to the Chief Administrative Officers within the supported organizations. Work Arrangement - Hybrid
