About The Position

Overview Are you passionate about helping people and ensuring they have the support they need? WakeMed is looking for an HR Representative to join our Benefits Team , where you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees and their families. What You'll Do: Assist with the administration of all benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and voluntary benefits. Review and approve benefit enrollment events, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Enter, process, and audit employee-related information across multiple systems. Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and systems. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with benefits vendors to maintain accurate system data and employee coverage records. Research and respond to inquiries with clear, professional communication. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2 Years Human Resources OR 2 Years Human Resources - Benefits Administration Required
