Requirements

Proven experience in human resources or benefits management.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Competent in excel, word and outlook.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software is a plus.
Experience with "Isolved" would be great but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve related issues.
Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefit vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations efforts.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and benefits documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Assist with developing HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience.
Keep employee drivers records current. Examples notify employee when licenses or medical card need renewal.
