About The Position

The HR Recruiting Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The role collaborates with hiring managers, sources and evaluates candidates, conducts initial interviews, coordinates interviews, and manages recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance. It also supports offer letters, onboarding, candidate verification, and general HR and recruiting administration. Korean–English bilingual fluency is required.

Requirements

Bilingual Korean–English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Extend offer letters and support onboarding.
Conduct reference checks and basic candidate verification when needed.
Provide general HR and recruiting administrative support as needed.
