About The Position

Golden State Dermatology is a comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology network with over 30 locations throughout California. Golden State Dermatology is looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Job Title: Temporary HR Recruiter Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of Golden State Dermatology. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process to ensure the selection of top-tier talent. Duration: 3-4 months

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach.
  • Screening and Selection: Review and evaluate resumes to shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate compensation packages. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Coordinate with other HR functions to complete necessary paperwork and compliance requirements.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases. Generate regular recruitment reports for management review.
