HR Recruiter (Grade 23)

About The Position

The HR Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support while providing excellent customer service to employees and candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR team members to execute talent acquisition strategies and support HR initiatives. The recruiter plays a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting recruiting operations across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition expertise
  • Strong sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruiting)
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS experience (e.g., SuccessFactors)
  • Data analysis and recruiting metrics reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
  • Customer service mindset and candidate engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 2 years or HR related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR team to deliver effective recruiting solutions
  • Build and maintain a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline
  • Source candidates using various methods, including social media and Boolean searches
  • Coordinate all recruiting process steps (phone screens, interviews, travel, offers, communication)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and external talent sources
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Analyze recruiting data and provide reporting to support metrics
  • Provide backup support to HR operations as needed
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships within HR and the business
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
