About The Position

Glidewell Dental is hiring for a temporary Receptionist for our HR office to cover a 4 to 5 month leave of absence. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, approachable, and enjoys interacting with employees, candidates, and visitors. The HR Receptionist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations by providing clear communication, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring every interaction reflects our positive and people‑first culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of administrative support experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all guests, walk-in traffic, job applicants, and employees in a professional and hospitable manner; provides HR-related support and directs or escorts them to specific destinations.
  • Coordinates meeting logistics for team meetings, interviews, events, including reserving rooms and ensuring rooms are prepared.
  • Provides administrative support for team members such as registering and scanning documents to electronic filing system, preparing materials for meetings, and performing various data entry tasks.
  • Assist in researching and compiling data for assigned projects within assigned deadlines, and generates reports as necessary.
  • Gathers information regarding employee inquiries; directs employees to appropriate HR team member.
  • Assist employees with completing basic Workday submissions or changes.
  • Creates employee badges and forwards to the appropriate department.
  • Posts internal job fliers across all campus buildings.
  • Administers candidates’ assessments.
  • Monitors office supply inventory; order supplies when inventory is low.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
