Looking for a bi -lingual HR contractor to work for an international bank in NYC. Main responsibility is for HR training and other HR systems management, employee lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, time off etc). An Ideal candidate would be someone who is bilingual (Mandarin and English) with HR background/experience. International students with OPT or CPT is ok as well. Duration is long term (typically 8 -12 months). There might be a possibility to convert to a junior level FTE based on performance but no guarantee.
