Faye is seeking a HR Generalist (W2-Contract) to step in for approximately five months while a valued team member is out on leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who loves jumping in, building trust quickly, and keeping things running smoothly so the team does not miss a beat. In this role, you will partner closely with the VP of HR and key stakeholders in Recruiting, Finance, and Employee Experience to support core people operations throughout the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR systems and data accuracy, employee experience, and office administration. As a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees and managers, you will bring care, consistency, and sound judgment to every interaction while ensuring continuity and a great employee experience across our global, hybrid workforce. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, comfortable operating independently, and energized by the opportunity to make an immediate impact during a critical period of transition.
