About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our team for a short-term assignment. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth front-desk operations.

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Provide general support to other departments as needed
