HR Program Manager (Program Manager) Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week , fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The HR Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of one or more multi-year HR developed programs that support business priorities and workforce capability needs. This role serves as the program steward- ensuring programs are consistent executed, operationally sound, scalable, and aligned to business strategy over time. The Program Manager partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to maintain program integrity, drive adoption, and identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and enhance program effectiveness.
