HR Program Manager (Program Manager) Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The HR Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of one or more multi-year HR developed programs that support business priorities and workforce capability needs. This role serves as the program steward- ensuring programs are consistent executed, operationally sound, scalable, and aligned to business strategy over time. The Program Manager partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to maintain program integrity, drive adoption, and identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and enhance program effectiveness. How you will make an impact: Own and operate HR development programs end-to-end, including program design, governance, annual planning, refresh cycles, and day-to-day management, ensuring programs remain relevant, compliant, and business-aligned. Maintain program consistency and quality at scale by establishing clear standards, processes, documentation, and execution cadences across business unites and stakeholders. Manages program governance and approvals, including business and HR Stakeholder alignment, change management for program updates, and risk/compliance considerations. Coordinate and enable program-related training and communication to drive understanding, adoption, and consistent application across the business. Partner with COE to define and track program success measures, including participation outcomes, and effectiveness metrics; conduct regular assessments and recommend enhancements based on data and feedback. Partner with HR COEs and business leaders to ensure programs integrate seamlessly with broader talent, learning, and workforce strategies.
