GST is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in support of the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). We need a person who has experience in data analysis, Smartsheet dashboard development, online learning systems, communications and project management. This position has been approved for a hybrid schedule with onsite days in an office in Silver Spring, MD. Primary Duties: The Program Analyst will engage in Human Resource projects such as workforce development and training. You will liaise with colleagues and other NOAA offices to gather requirements and plan projects and timelines. You will need to know either Excel or Smartsheet, preferably both. You will be analyzing data related to workforce training engagement, gaps and new requirements for expanding the program or refining the existing training catalog. You will need to create status reports and manage dashboards. Your skills need to span communications to data analysis to information visualization. Previous experience working with the federal government, collaborated on HR related projects, analyzed personnel related data, managed dashboards and other visualization tools, live in the Washington D.C. area, and would like to work with an interesting and important client like NOAA, then send us your resume and a cover letter outlining your background and skills.
