HR People Partner (Denver On-site)

TechInsightsDenver, CO
$96,730 - $102,420Onsite

About The Position

TechInsights is looking for a People Partner to join our team in Denver, serving as a trusted, hands-on HR business partner to leaders and employees across our Sales, Product, Market Intelligence, and Commercialization teams. This role blends strategic partnering with meaningful ownership of the day-to-day programs that keep our people experience running smoothly, from onboarding and employee relations to benefits, leaves, and compliance. You'll be the first point of contact for managers navigating performance conversations, team dynamics, and organizational change, and a steady, discreet resource for employees working through more complex employee relations matters. Beyond partnering, you'll help shape and administer TechInsights' benefits and leave programs across the US, Canada, UK, and Poland, working closely with regional People Team colleagues on plan design, vendor relationships, and compliance with employment law across each jurisdiction we operate in. You'll also lend support to recruitment for your client groups, from defining role requirements to participating in interviews, and contribute to broader People Team programs like engagement initiatives, learning and development, and process improvements. This is a role for someone who enjoys equal parts strategic partnering and operational ownership, and who's comfortable being the connective tissue between people strategy and the policies, programs, and compliance work that make it real.
