Summary: The HR People Analytics Internal Consultant is a valuable member of the HR People Analytics Team and reports to the Director of HR People Analytics. This role is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our HR People Analytics program (under the guidance of the Director). This role supports the back-end functions of data management, delivery, and analytics as well as partners with our business leaders to help them extract meaningful insights and action the data. This role will support a portfolio of planned and ad hoc initiatives that will leverage HR data analytics to support the organization with strategic decision making, improved operational performance, reduction of risk, complex problem solving, and strategy deployment. They will partner with leaders and team members within and external to HR to deliver quality and timely results and service. They will support the operations of our HR Analytics Platform.
