McKesson’s People Analytics (PA) team delivers better people and business outcomes through data that is business informed, business relevant, usable, and actionable. As a member of the PA Team, the Senior People Analytics Consultant will deliver people analytics and insights to business leaders and senior HR leaders across multiple business units to drive workforce decisions. Through close partnerships with the PA team and HR, the Senior People Analytics Consultant will gain a sound understanding of business objectives and use consulting skills to provide and interpret insights from workforce data. The Senior People Analytics Consultant will directly support the workforce analytics needs of multiple business units and functions. You will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior executives and HR leaders across the enterprise. This role is designed for a seasoned consultant with deep experience in executive engagement, enterprise product ownership, and enablement strategy. You will leverage your consulting background to drive business outcomes, influence leadership decisions, and deliver enterprise-level solutions that empower stakeholders with actionable insights and self-service tools. The PA team needs an individual who is passionate about using data to drive business results, has a curious and client-focused mindset, and strong consulting and analytical skills. The right candidate for this role should be able to juggle multiple activities at a tactical level, as well as be proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous innovation and improvement in our analytics approaches, products, and services.
