Our HR Partners primarily operate at the HR Business Partner and Manager level - working fractionally with multiple clients as trusted strategic advisors who bring clarity, capability, and compassion to every project. As a Fractional HR Partner with Beacon HR, you’ll join our consulting team on a part-time contract basis, working fractionally with several growth-minded clients across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll collaborate with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders at 20-50 employee companies to design and deliver thoughtful HR strategies that unlock growth, improve engagement, and strengthen culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves consulting work, and can move seamlessly between clients, industries, and priorities. You’re equally comfortable getting into the weeds to solve a tactical HR challenge and zooming out to design a 360° people strategy.
