About The Position

At SimonMed Imaging, the HR Partner serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, balancing employee advocacy with business objectives to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role partners closely with leaders to navigate employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and organizational development strategies that strengthen culture and drive business success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
  • Proven success partnering with leaders at multiple levels to influence outcomes and drive results
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience conducting investigations and managing complex employee relations cases
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, balancing employee advocacy with business objectives to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
  • Partner closely with leaders to navigate employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and organizational development strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, serving as a trusted resource for guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
  • Confidently manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, ensure proper documentation, and drive fair, compliant resolutions.
  • Influence and support leaders through performance management, corrective actions, development planning, and workforce challenges while promoting accountability and engagement.
  • Champion initiatives that improve employee engagement, strengthen workplace culture, and support retention across the organization.
  • Ensure consistency and legal compliance across all people practices by understanding employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, training, and standard operating procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to drive people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work across employee relations, performance management, engagement, policy development, training, and organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and HR team members to support employees and drive business results.
