This role is crucial in providing internal operations support for Shared Services teams. The individual will develop and maintain effective analytics to measure performance, anticipate challenges, and provide proactive solutions. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison between Shared Services and various HR service lines, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization. Through detailed counseling and policy interpretation, this role plays a key part in resolving HR issues and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience.
At least 5 years of HR experience.
Background in HR compliance.
Experience in vendor management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain analytics for Shared Services teams to measure performance.
Serve as a liaison between Shared Services and other HR service delivery lines.
Provide employee and management counseling regarding HR policies and procedures.
Identify HR issues proactively and propose viable solutions.
Assist in vendor management and compliance with HR regulations.
