About The Position

The HR Operations Manager leads RSI Security’s internal ecosystem people, processes, and systemsensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and in alignment with our EOS framework. This role manages the HR Generalist, Recruiter, and Operations Administrative Assistant, supporting a blended workforce of full-time employees, offshore contractors, and U.S.-based consultants under agreement. You’ll partner with leadership to connect HR operations with business efficiency, maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and operational rhythm across multiple platforms. The right person thrives on structure, clarity, and accountability while staying flexible in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR and operations experience, with at least 2 years managing people or systems.
  • Proven experience with HR platforms such as TriNet, Rippling, JazzHR, Trainual, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
  • Working knowledge of compliance, licensing, contractor administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Excellent documentation, project management, and follow-through skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR processes at a systems level—compliance, documentation, and policy accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across HRIS System
  • Lead departmental meetings, scorecards, and quarterly rock planning.
  • Partner with the HR Generalist and Recruiter to ensure alignment between hiring, onboarding, and people programs.
  • Manage the Operations Administrative Assistant and oversee all administrative workflows.
  • Maintain and renew business licenses, state filings, and operational registrations.
  • Ensure documentation and processes in Trainual, Monday.com, and Google Workspace are current, standardized, and auditable.
  • Support Finance with coordination of contractor compliance, documentation, and tax accuracy.
  • Maintain data integrity and system access across operational tools/
  • Track HR and operations compliance across all U.S. states of employment.
  • Conduct quarterly internal audits of people systems and vendor records.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational consistency and cross-department communication.
