About The Position

Key Responsibilities Act as first-line HR Operations contact, advising employees and managers on HR policies, systems, and core programs while delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience Support end-to-end HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, job changes, compensation updates, and regional documentation Monitor and manage HR intake mailbox, triaging inquiries, escalations, and complex cases, and partnering with global HR colleagues for resolution Administer and optimize Workday HRIS processes, including data maintenance, reporting, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, and user enablement to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness Turn HR data into insight by building and maintaining reports that support data-driven decision-making, workforce analysis, and compliance requirements Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and Benefits teams to support accurate data handoffs, compensation alignment, payroll processing, and audit support Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing practices, identifying risk, enhancing documentation, and contributing to global and regional HR initiatives focused on compliance and operational excellence Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist/ HR Operations/ HRBP with multi-country exposure and demonstrable ownership of core HR processes end-to end A practical understanding of employment laws and a genuine interest in learning how policies adapt across regions and jurisdictions (EMEA and APAC exposure is a plus) Comfort translating HR needs into system solutions, with hands-on Workday experience in configuration and reporting; experience with Comp, Absence, Time, or Talent modules preferred A proactive, curious approach to improvement, with hands-on experience supporting or managing change initiatives (e.g., policy updates, compliance remediation, data quality programs, or system integrations) in a distributed environment Experience navigating both fast-paced start-up environments and more complex, established organizations preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Tricentis is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist/ HR Operations/ HRBP with multi-country exposure and demonstrable ownership of core HR processes end-to end
  • A practical understanding of employment laws and a genuine interest in learning how policies adapt across regions and jurisdictions (EMEA and APAC exposure is a plus)
