This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and consistent administration of core HR processes including payroll preparation, benefits administration, employee lifecycle coordination, and HR documentation management. In a professional services environment where margin discipline, utilization performance, and compliance matter, precision in HR Operations is critical. This role is primarily in-office to enable close collaboration with HR leadership, Finance, and Service Delivery teams.
