About The Position

IK Systems is hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to keep our recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, field-based workforce.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in HR coordination, recruiting support, payroll support, or office administration
  • iSolved experience preferred; strong ability to learn new systems required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and strong follow-through
  • Valid driver's license for occasional local travel to recruiting events

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a trades, construction, or field-based workforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all required steps are completed on time
  • Process employee changes and updates in iSolved (HRIS/payroll)
  • Support payroll processes including timekeeping follow-up and approved adjustments
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance trackers
  • Support performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and prevailing wage documentation as needed
