The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting end-to-end HR service delivery, including providing analytical, operational, and coordination support across Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll coordination, and Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for running and analyzing HR reports, tracking KPIs, supporting recruiting and hiring activities, facilitating day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring data accuracy and process consistency across HR systems. The HR Analyst partners closely with HR leadership, Recruitment, Payroll, and Program stakeholders to support day-to-day HR operations while enabling data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
