This role is a tactical and strategic HR generalist position focused on maximizing employee engagement and development. Located in larger warehouse locations and/or high-density geographical areas, this high-touch, customer-focused role requires heavy partnership with operations to support employees. The Onsite HR Partner is responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and legislative compliance.
