About The Position

HR/Onboarding Coordinators are key to the daily operations of our home care office. This is a fast-paced, people-centered role where no two days are the same. You’ll work both in-office and in the field, building relationships with caregivers and supporting our mission.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and pleasant phone presence
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong documentation skills

  • Source and recruit qualified caregivers
  • Interview and onboard new hires
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with personnel requirements
