We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate employee records, and ongoing compliance with employment eligibility requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys working with processes and systems and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or HR administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify compliance is preferred
  • Comfortable working in HR systems and managing trackers and reports
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the new hire onboarding process to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Conduct routine audits of employee records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and follow up on missing or expiring documentation
  • Track, report, and resolve onboarding and employment eligibility issues
  • Prepare reports, communications, and status updates for HR leadership and managers
  • Maintain trackers, logs, and HR systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and operations teams to resolve onboarding and system issues
  • Support ongoing HR operational projects and process improvements
  • Attend meetings and assist with system and configuration support as needed
